What you’ll need
1/2 cup of Dried Rose Petals.
1/2 cup of Dried Chamomile
1/4 Of a cup of Pink Himalayan Rock Salt
9 Drops of Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
7 Drops of Ylang Ylang III Essential oil

Reusable tea bags
Step 1
Measure out 1/2 cups of dried rose petals, dried chamomile and 1/4 of a cup of Pink Himalayan Sea Salts.
Step 2
Simply combine the dried rose petals along with Chamomile flowers together in one bowl and give the mixture a stir.
Step 3
It’s time to add the essential oils to the bath tea mixture and we are using 7 drops of Ylang Ylang III and 9 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil that will be added into the mixture and once the essential oils have been added stir to make sure everything gets evenly incorporated and move onto step 4.
Step 4
Now it’s time to start to assemble your Soothing DIY Herbal Tea Bath you can either combine the Pink Himalayan Salts in with the dry mixture or you can add everything separate. Add three to four tablespoons of the Soothing Herbal DIY Tea Bath into your linen tea bags and then depending upon what type of tea bags you’re using seal or tie off your bags.
Step 5
You’re all done! Drop one of your Soothing DIY Herbal Tea Bath bags into a warm bath and enjoy.

You can switch things up by adding different dried flowers or essential oils of your choosing.
