What you’ll need
3 Portobello Mushrooms
3 Cloves of garlic

Marinate your Portobello mushrooms for ten minutes in a mixture of a 1/2 of a cup of olive oil, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 of a teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 of a teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 of a cup of fresh basil that has been roughly chopped and a pinch of sea salt.
Remove your mushrooms from the marinade and cover each one with two tablespoons of pizza sauce and evenly spread if you feel like your mushrooms need a little more sauce add accordingly.
Cover each Portobello Mushroom with shredded Italian blend cheese, which consist of Mozzarella, Cheddar, Smoked Provolone, and Asiago cheese and cover over the pizza sauce.
Add your toppings which can be whatever ones you fancy in my recipe I used chopped jalapenos, green bell peppers, red onion, basil as well as Italian salami after piling on the toppings transfer your mushrooms onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
Let your Portobello Mushroom Pizzas cool for 8-10 minutes, then add freshly ground black pepper and then serve.
