Ipsy Review – November 2016 | A Modern Girl Recommends

The first item that is going to get things started is a makeup brush from the brand Luxie and it’s their #524 Rose Gold Small Duo Fibre Brush. This is a cruelty and vegan free brush that is designed to give one an airbrushed finish.

The next product is from the brand Doucce and this is their Freematic Blush in the peachy orange color Zen Orange #49. The pigmentation on this blush is extremely light, however buildable. The next product featured in my Ipsy Bag is by the brand Purlisse and it’s their Blue Lotus Balancing Moisturizer. Blue Lotus Balancing Moisturizer contains White Tea, French Marine Plants and some good ol’ Vitamin E. This moisturizer has been formulated to hydrate one’s skin just enough without overly hydrating it, and applies like a gel, but hydrates like a good moisturizer. Blue Lotus Balancing Moisturizer also helps with diminishing the appearance of fine lines and leaves skin with a nice dewy finish.

The Balm Cosmetics Mad Lash Black Mascara is all about delivering results for lashes that are volumizing and beaming with visible definition. Mad Lash gives lashes an intense deep carbon black finish, and is crulety-free, free of Talc, smudge-proof, and Paraben- free and is also water-resistance.

And lastly, but definitely not least the product to wrap up my Ipsy Review -November 2016 Bag is a fire engine red creamy matte lipstick by the brand Absolute New York. The color is named Dark Red, however, it’s a bright dominating red perfect for the holiday’s I must say. Absolute New York Matte Stick Lipstick in Dark Red is one that is very pigmented and the formula is not drying.

And that was my Ipsy Review for the November 2016 Bag. I loved the bag design that was select for the month of November, I thought it was perfect. The products were definitely beauty discoveries along with a favorite or two. I can’t believe we are at the end of 2016 less than 30 days before we enter into the new year, and I am intrigued to discover what Ipsy has up their sleeve for the December bag.
