Full size | $48.00
The first product that is featured in my October 2016 Ipsy Bag is from the skincare brand Tatcha, and the item that I received is their Pure One Step Camellia Cleansing Oil. Tatcha’s Pure One Step Cleansing oil is formulated with Camellia oil as well as Rice Bran Oil. This cleansing oil doubles as a cleanser and as a makeup remover. The brand is promising that their product will give not only a gentle cleansing experience, but be effective at removing stubborn makeup. I am a sucker for cleansing oils, and I personally like how most are quite thorough at removing my makeup, and at the same time leaves my skin feeling smooth and looking hydrated. I have not tried this sample yet, but it’s on my bathroom counter by the sink ready to use first thing this evening.

We have almost now become a custom to the brand The Balm Cosmetics and you either love them or hate them, and luckily for me I love the brand. The item that landed into my Ipsy Bag is their Cabana Boy blush that doubles as an eyeshadow, and ladies does that not make it a bit easier on us having the two combined I think so. The Cabana Boy blush/eyeshadow color is a deep dusty pink rose, and with any Balm Cosmetics product the color is very pigmented. The Balm Cosmetics Cabana Boy Shadow/Blush is a powder blush with a slight stain blush quality.Dermelect | Rapid Repair Facial Moisturizer
Full size | $38.00
Dermelect Rapid Repair Facial Moisturizer works overtime to soothe, repair and hydrate skin, and contains beneficial ingredients such as chamomile and Azulene, and these two ingredients works to calm irritated skin. Other ingredients include lavender oil, avocado oil, and hydrolyzed marine. Rapid Repair is one of those all around skin benefiting moisturizers. The consistency is medium, but is extremely light on the skin and does not leave the skin feeling oily.
Full size | $38.18 set
The next item in my Ipsy Bag is from one of my favorite makeup brands TreStique, and the item that I received is their fabulous Mini Matte Lip Crayon in the beautiful rich and pigmented color Belize Bordeaux. The color is a deep burgundy cranberry red, that is not only bold and daring, but delivers a beautiful sophisticated finish that is sure to spark some envy. I love that none of the caps on the TreStique’s products fall off in my purse, which is always a nice bonus. This is a true matte lipstick that lasts pretty much throughout the day. Lottie London | Lottie Perfectly Precise – Small Eyeshadow Brush
Full size | $15.00
The product to wrap up my Ipsy October 2016 Bag Review is a Lottie London Perfectly Precise Small Eyeshadow Brush, and it’s not only cute, but I like that this brush picks up just the right amount of product and evenly disperses it. The bristles are slightly dense, but not so dense where I would stop using it.
And there you have it folks, the lovely beauty packed Ipsy October 2016 Bag Review. I am definitely going to be fully testing these samples out further. I am happy that I received the Tatcha Pure One Step Camellia Cleansing Oil, I have heard so many things about this brand, so I am hoping that it lives up to all the good reviews and if not that’s okay.
