I am back with another beauty subscription for the month, and this time around the one that will take front row center in my unboxing is from the luxury beauty subscription company Glossybox, and just off of the first impression this box is looking very good. For those who might not be too familiar with the company Glossybox, here’s a quick intro they are a monthly beauty subscription that starts at $21.00 a month, and they also offer a three-month subscription as well as a 6 and 12 month subscription. The products that typically end up in their monthly boxes are well-known, luxury and new brand discoveries. A few added bonuses of being a Glossybox subscriber is that this subscription has impeccable packaging that is a must to keep and reuse. Besides from great packaging Glossybox tends to include in their boxes full size items, and if not they are not full size they are deluxe size products that look like they should be full size. I have been a subscriber myself for over three years, and I think this subscription is definitely a must to consider when one is thinking about signing up with a beauty subscription service, and they give you points for each item you review in your box and after you reach 1000 Glossydots, which are points you earn a free box. Now without any further delay let’s get right to my Glossybox March 2016 Box.
This makeup brush is not only pretty, but also gets the beauty job done. I was first introduced to the Luxie Beauty Rose Gold brush line in my June Ipsy Bag last year, and what I like about their line of brushes is that they are extremely soft and they do not shed at all. The brush that has made its way into my Glossybox March 2016 Box is their Rose Gold Large Angled Face Brush #504, and is designed to help naturally contour ones face and is well suited for highlighting and contouring as stated by the brand.
Okay liquid lipsticks have been dominating the makeup beauty world for a while and Too Faced Cosmetics was one of the most notable ones heating up the beauty blogs all last year, and if you haven’t ventured into this line yet what are you waiting for? because it’s definitely a liquid lipstick worth trying once. The Too Faced Cosmetics line features an array of beautiful colors to conquer any mood and any occasion one is looking to achieve. The colors are extremely pigmented, and they have some pretty good lasting power where there is little to no need to reapply. The color that I received is named Chihuahua, and definitely mimics the feisty, sassy and all too adorable dog and I love it. The color is a rosy blush pink and has a matte finish.Product 3 Eyeko | Eye Do Liquid Eyeliner*
The next item featured tends to be a repeat beauty brand offender that loves to shows up in many beauty subscriptions and it’s no other than the London base makeup line Eyeko, and the product that’s here to steal the show is their Eye Do Liquid Eyeliner. This is true carbon black liquid eyeliner, that does not budge once applied and dries. I like that Eyeko’s Eye Do Liquid Eyeliner goes on effortlessly, and does not tugged on the eye area. I know that Eyeko does make other liquid eyeliners, but by far this one is the best in opinion. I love how well it holds up, and that it does not run leaving the wearer sporting racoon eyes instead of cat eyes.Product 4 I Love…Cosmetics | Super Soft Hand Lotion in Coconut & Cream
The next item is something that no handbag should be without, and that is a really good hand lotion and the one that just happened to land into my Glossybox March 2016 Box is from the brand I Love… Cosmetics, and it’s their Super Soft Hand Lotion in the scent Coconut and Cream. This lotion smells like the beach tropical and like a creamy pina colada smoothie. I like that this hand lotion has a creamy light body butter consistency, but does not leave my hands feeling and looking greasy.Product 5 Vine Vera | Resveratrol Merlot Moisture Day Cream
Cost $ 146.00
The product that is going to help conclude the March 2016 Glossybox is not just a day cream, but it’s a day cream that contains Resveratrol, and if you haven’t heard of Resveratrol yet it comes from red grapes that are used to make red wine. Resveratrol has numerous benefits from potentially helping with lowering blood pressure and cholesterol when in supplement form, and it just so happens to be great for skincare health as well. The company Vine Vera has formulate their Merlot Moisture Day Cream with Resveratrol acting as its main focus ingredient to help firm ones skin overtime, eliminate dry skin and ultimately helps skin to retain moisture much longer. This day cream has a medium rich consistency and is extremely hydrating.
And, those are the products that were featured in my Glossybox March 2016 Box. I thought this box was perfect, and the value was amazing. I only paid $21.00 and the March box was filled with full size products, and with great brands that I am familiar with and are truly loving and that’s a wrap of the Glossybox March 2016 Box.
