Happy Sunday to all, and it’s that time again for my Ipsy bag reveal and this time around Ipsy has chosen a theme based around the alter ego and what personality is lurking under the surface, and I must say what better time to bring an alter ego to the surface to play then in the month of October with Halloween at the door. The products featured in this months Ipsy Bag are definitely here to help promote beauty, skin care and a sweet alluring fragrance to spice things up, so without any further delay let’s get to the Ipsy October 2015 Bag Reveal.
Product 1 The Balm Cosmetics Meet Matt(e) Hughes Liquid Lipstick in the color Committed
Cost $17.00
The first product featured is a liquid lipstick by the Balm Cosmetics in a neutral warm blush rose-pink color named Committed. The Balm Cosmetics liquid lipstick line is called Meet Matt(e) Hughes. These liquid lipsticks have a matte finish, however they are very creamy and not drying. They also feature a peppermint cream scent. This has by far been my favorite product from the Ipsy October 2015 Bag. I thought the color was perfect and very rich. I also like how well this liquid lipstick applies and it stays put for quite a while.Product 2 Nourish Organic Pure Hydrating Argan Face Serum *
Cost $23.99
The next product that landed into my Ipsy Bag was a facial serum that is all about nourishing ones skin, and I am talking about no other than the Nourish Organic Pure Hydrating Argan Face Serum. This serum is formulated with amazing ingredients such as Moroccan Argan oil, which aids in giving skin hydration and helps with replenishing moisture lost. Other ingredients in this facial serum include Rose Hip Oil, which can help with smoothing ones skin texture overtime, and Apricot Kernel oil which helps to soften and restore skin. I love the scent of this serum is it very fresh and smells of citrus and orange blossoms. I am truly looking forward to testing this serum out further, but so far off of first impressions and just after a few uses it’s a hit. This is a vegan and gluten-free serum.Product 3 Lavanila Pure Vanilla Perfume *
Cost $12.00
Moving along to the next product that was included in my Ipsy Bag was a fragrance by the brand Lavanila and it is their Pure Vanilla Perfume, and it smells just like pure vanilla with a hint of musk. I really like this fragrance and the scent is warm and slightly intense, however not overpowering and it dries down lovely warm vanilla fragrance in my opinion. This is a roller ball perfume. Product 4 Mica Beauty Cosmetics Cream Eyeshadow in Bronze
Cost $14.95
The next product featured in my Ipsy October 2015 Bag Reveal just screams the holiday’s and glamour all rolled into one, and the product that I am talking about is a golden bronze cream eye shadow by the brand Mica Beauty Cosmetics. This is an ultra light-weight eye shadow that can be worn alone or used as a base for a longer lasting makeup look. This cream shadow is very rich, and can be worn for casual to classic elegant looks in my opinion.
Product 5 Emite Make Up Professional Slant Tweezer
Cost $25.00
And, last but surely not least the product to wrap up my Ipsy October 2015 Bag Reveal is a product that in my opinion no makeup bag is complete without, and I am talking about no other than tweezers. From first aid to beauty a good pair tweezers needs to be present in a makeup bag and in a first aid kit. The ones that were included in my Ipsy Bag are by the brand Emite Make Up. These tweezers are Emite Beauty’s Professional Slanted Tweezers in a hot pink/purple fusion color. The company Emite states that these are steel tweezers. In my opinion they do feel durable, and like they are built to last a good long while.
And that was my Ipsy October 2015 Bag Reveal. This has been my sixth Ipsy Bag so far that I have received, and I thought this bag was a pretty good bag for the month. I loved the Balm Cosmetics Matt(e) Hughes Liquid lipstick, the color was perfect in my opinion. I also liked the makeup bag Ipsy selected for the month of October. The perfume and serum were also favorites from this months bag and that’s a wrap. For those interested in products mentioned, or to subscriber to Ipsy all purchasing links will be featured below.

Great bag and great review love!! The only thing I received the same as you is the perfume! I totally need to try that liquid lipstick. I love the color hehe! I can’t wait to see what November’s bag includes!
Thank you. I love the liquid lipstick definitely worth giving it a try if you are interested in it. The color is absolutely pretty. And, I am with you I am looking forward to the November Ipsy Bag.
I totally agree about the color! I hope Ipsy puts it up as a point perk because I will totally get it! Although I want the ColourPop set haha! I am surprised they haven’t released spoilers yet because they usually do!
I am looking out to see if they do, because a spare is definitely needed. I have seen the Colour Pop set and the colors look great.I know it’s kind of weird, because Ipsy normally has some kind of sneak peek up around this time maybe they are just letting the intrigue build to keep us on the edge.
Haha I bet that is what they are doing! I always love the Ipsy holiday bags even more!! I hope the first spoiler is just amazing! Maybe they will blow us all away haha!
I can’t wait it will be my first holiday Ipsy Bag.
OOO then I hope it is an extra good one just for you!

Great review! I’m so envious that you received these items this month! Way better than my bag, lol.
Thank you. I thought Ipsy put together a nice bag for this month. And I actually seen your bag and became a little envious myself especially of the Ayres hand cream you received.
