Well quite late to the party, but still in time to make an appearance is my Glossybox April 2015 Box. I must say for the month of April GlossyBox had taken sample subscription beauty boxes to a whole new level, when they released a comic book inspired box design that I love. I thought the theme was fun, and definitely had an Archie comic book feel. For me personally the April Glossybox was one of my favorite by far boxes that GlossyBox had released, the design was chic, mischievous and colorful. Now that’s all said, and done let’s get to my GlossyBox April 2015 Box unboxing .Keeping up to par Glossybox continues to deliver to their subscribers a beauty box full of variety, notable brands, new brand discoveries and coveted beauty products.
Product 1 Aerin Waterlily Sun Eau de Parfum*
Full size $110.00
One of my favorite products that was featured in the Glossybox April 2015 Box was this beautiful, fresh, citrus and well-balanced floral fragrance by the familiar brand to Glossybox subscribers Aerin. This was a nice deluxe- size sample perfect for traveling. The fragrances notes featured in Aerin’s Waterlily Sun perfume include Sicillian bergamot, lush dewy greens, waterlily, warm musk and jasmine sambac. I love how this perfume dries down to a well-balance fragrance it’s very fresh with hints of subtle sweetness and then a nice backdrop of floral.
Product 2 Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Stain Gloss *
Full size $18.0o
The next product that was featured in the Glossybox April 2015 Box was a makeup product by Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics, and it was their Stain Gloss. This lip Stain Gloss doubles as a cheek stain. I love the color it is absolutely perfect for the summer, and the consistency is perfect. This lip stain gloss does not leave a sticky feeling on the lips and the color pops, because it is very pigmented. Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Stain Gloss is 100 percent vegan and has a gluten- free formula. This lip stain gives a medium high gloss finish, and contains moisturizing ingredients such as vitamin E, peppermint oil and hemp oil. The Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Stain Gloss was definitely another favorite from the April 2015 Glossybox.

The next product that landed in my Glossybox April 2015 Box, was a haircare product by the brand Marrakesh and it is their Endz: Split End Mender and Preventer. Their hair treatment is a leave-in, and is formulated with argan oil, as well as hemp seed oil and hydrolyzed wheat protein. Marrakesh Endz works to help tame hair as well as repair and seals damaged split endz, while offering long-lasting frizz and static control. I like that this hair care treatment does not weigh my hair down with excess product.
Product 5 Julep Gel Eye Glider in Bronze Shimmer
Full size $16.00
Another familiar brand that was featured in the Glossybox April 2015 Box was by the nail polish company Julep, and it was their Gel Eye Glider Pencil. I have received other eyeliners by the brand Julep in previous Glossybox’s, and I absolutely love them. They have all been ultra smooth and applies perfectly. I like that the color stays put, and does not run giving one the look of racoon eyes. The consistency is perfect. I love the color Bronze Shimmer, it is perfect for the summer nights ahead, and anytime one would want to bring a classic bold and daring finish makeup look. Definitely another favorite from the April 2015 Glossybox.
And, if I thought the April 2015 Glossybox couldn’t get any better Glossybox threw another beauty treat into the mix, by including this fun canvas like makeup bag to stash all ones beauty favorites in. This makeup bag that Glossybox had gifted subscribers with, was a collaboration between Glossybox and the brand Thursday Friday, that specializes in handbags. I thought this was a nice extra.
And, that was my Glossybox April 2015 Box. I loved everything about the box for April. There were a lot of great well-known brands, and a few new brand discoveries. I also loved the box featured for the month of April, definitely great to see a comic inspired box design.
